I parvesh kumar as a registered user at mobile no. [protected] on payzapp would like to make a request to you regarding a transaction made by me on 23.10.2017 through transaction id[protected]vm19rk0 with ref. No. 23144m0kkut6. When i did this transaction it showed failure transaction in payzapp app but after restart payzapp it showed success and the amount is also deducted from my payzapp. But it has not been transferred in my bank account. When i searched for the error i found that due to technical error at the place of account holder name and account number it filled my account number at both places (Paid name and account number). So i request you to please look in to the matter and help me completing the transaction as soon as possible or reversed the transaction and refund the amount to my payzapp all.
Moreover for the details of cancelled transaction, i herewith attached a proof of cancellation of transaction. So please find out attachment.
I will be very thankful for this and would be proud to be a member of payzapp.
Many times i have tried to contact payzapp helpline number and sent email regarding my problems but nobody reply.
Please help me
