Payzapp — failed transaction money not credited to hdfc bank account from payzapp

I have made transaction in payzapp on november 3rd 2017. I have loaded 5000 rupees from hdfc credit card to payzapp wallet and tried to transfer 5000 rupees from payzapp wallet to hdfc bank account, money deducted from payzapp wallet but not credited to beneficiary account. I tried calling payzapp customer care but they are not responding. Please get me my money back as soon as possible it's very urgent.

I have attached copy of bank statement and also the payzapp wallet transaction clearly there showing i have done 2 times Rs.500/- transaction but in payzapp wallet its not showing so kindly check . Please kindly look into matter do the needful action
