Payzapp — fund not received from wallet to bank

Hi,

I have transferred a rs. 5000 from payzapp wallet to my bank account and the amount will be transferred successfully show in payzapp transection details but still it's not received i. I have many time trying to call customer service but no response from them side.. This problem happened on 22 oct and i have also mailed to [protected]@payzapp.in but on mail also no. Reply.
Please you are requested my 5000 rs. Refunded in wallet or my bank account..

I have transferred of rs. 5000 from payzapp wallet to bank account since the transection was showing completed success in payzapp transection history but amount not get credited to bank account. I have tried to continuously on your customer care number its allways comes busy and busy... I have also mailed to you your support team but still no response from them since last 24 hours. Kindly please check and revert us.
