[Resolved]  Payzapp — money debited but not added into my payzapp wallet. .

Hi my name is venugopal i am from hyderabad...
I have loaded 5000 rs from citibank credit card to payzapp wallet on 19th august 2017... At the time it shows me transaction failed but amount debited from my credit card... Till now it is not added into my payzapp wallet and not refunded back to my credit card...
Please do the needful support.

Dear Customer,

Post checking the details, we see that the you had made a Load money transaction on 19-Aug-2017 09:15:06 for Rs. 5000/- and the transaction has failed. The refund will be processed back to the source card within 5 working days.
