Hi, actually my money is deducted from the payzapp wallet, and not credited to the beneficiary account, this happened on 28th of december and i am sending a screenshot of this transaction for further details and i am waiting for last more than 5 working days for the solution and not getting proper solution for this.

Kindly provide me the proper solution to this.
And whenever i tried to call customer care from any mobile number not response voice will come to hear.
Can you pls tell me what should i do?
