Hello I did a transaction from payzapp on 06/10/2017, in which i tried to move money from payzapp account to bank account but it is not credited in bank account but the money was deducted from my wallet, my transaction id:[protected]tt93dj0 which has not been refunded yet. On multiple queries, customer care support is not providing any satisfactory answers. It should have been refunded within 5 working days, please check... Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

My payzapp user number [protected] i have to transfer the amount of 5000 to my account from my wallet on 12oct 2017. but till now i didnt get amount from my bank account but my wallet deducted 5000 ruppees. how to get my money.kindly guide
