I did a transaction from payzapp on 04/09/2017, in which I tried to move money from payzapp account to my bank account, while doing so I entered wrong account number that account number was not opened, but the transaction was success, but the money was deducted from my account, which has not been refunded yet. On multiple queries, customer care support is not providing any satisfactory answers. It should have been refunded within 5 working days, please check.

I made transaction of rs.5000 to my Union Bank savings account on 20/09/17, transaction failed but amount debited from Payzapp wallet. Still it's not received back.
