[Resolved]  Payzapp — my money has been blocked by the payzapp

Dear sir/madam,

Please help me to get refund to my wallet or to my bank. Actually i had transfer of rs-5000 to payzapp for cash transfer purposes. Due to some error the transfer get failed. And i had raised the mail 2 times (Payzapp complaint email id - [protected]@payzapp.in.). But no response. And i got a computerized mail that you will get the refund within 5 working days. But no response. And i try to the customer care number also all time its in busy. So please raised the complaint against payzapp and support to get refund as soon as possible.

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that the Bank account transfer of an amount of Rs.5000/- initiated, on Date 06/09/2017 has failed due to technical error from the bank's end and the same has been credited to your PayZapp wallet on[protected]. The refunded amount was utilized for further transactions.
