They mailed me stating i will get my cash refund of failed transaction (Airtel recharge of 198) within 5 days... But it's being a month now... They are not replying to my email as well now
This app is such a disgrace to a great bank like hdfc... The bank authorities suggested me to use that as well.
Disappointed with it... I'm still waiting for the reply they are not picking up the call as well
Use other apps like paytm, freecharge, etc
