Payzapp — payment not added into payzapp account

I have added 10, 000 into payzapp account from hdfc credit card. Money got deducted from card but not reflecte din payzapp. Kindly help me out.
I had made this transaction on 2 november 2017.
Once money is deducted from card, it shows an error that "there is a problem encountered in the app". Money is not refunded into card. Also money is not added into payzapp
