Amount debited from my credit card(Kotak credit card) hile adding the money.. however not reflecting in Payzapp wallet.. Payzapp registered with [protected] number. Kindly help me refund the amount. transaction done on 14th Sep-2017 for 10000(5k each time)

Why your customer care no. Does not work. I have tried many times and it shows you people are very busy attending other customers.

I got the refund yesterday, thanks for the support.
I done transaction 5000 rs 3 days back but still not refunded to my card nor payzapp please refund it asap by taking it high priority
