Dear sir/ma’am,
In refrence to ticket id= 153-504 raised against my complaint in the trailing email its already been 5-10 working days passed and till yet there is no intimation of where my money of amount rs 5000=00 is which was uploaded into my payzapp account wide mobile no. : [protected] on 3rd november from standard chartered bank credit card and even there is no response from your side as well. Request you to kindly answer my queries like if the amount has been withdrawn, so to which account it has been withdrawn as i am not able to see to which bank account it has been transferred to. And fyi i am attaching 2 different screen shots where in the 1st screenshot you will see that the amount was withdrawn to the account on which date and in the 2nd screen shot you will see no its showing the withdrawn date of 3rd november, 2017 and don’t know to which account its has been credited and only showing “card upload”. Request you to look into my trailing email complaint fyi.
Request you to look into this matter on immediate basis and take necessary actions otherwise i will be forced to take some actions.
Early response will be appreciated as other receiving the automated email from your side i am not able to receive and response form your side.

I had loaded 5000 rs into my payzapp account of mobile no. [protected] through standard chartered credit card and got it to transferred it to one of my bank accounts but as i couldn't see the amount deposited into any of my accounts and request you to kindly look into this matter on immediate basis as from 7th nov transfer to bank accounts is charged @ 2% + gst. Pfa fyi and request you to take action asap and do return the amount into the bank account, payzapp account or credit card account positively by today or till 6th november.
