Payzapp — Transaction failed but but not refunded

Hi,

This is lavanya, am used payzapp for money transfer.. Today i transfered 4, 000 rs/- to icici bank from payzapp, the transaction was failed, but money was deducted from payzapp, still i didn't get money refund to my account.. So please refund my money to my account now.. Urgent basis.

Hi,
i sent 5000 for this bank account no
[protected] but amount was not getting and after cheking the wallet 0 balence is showing then what to do and when it will refund the money...
