I did a transaction from payzapp on 02/10/2017, in which i tried to move money from payzapp account to my bank account, while doing so i missed one number in the account number, hence the transaction got failed, but the money was deducted from my wallet, which has not been refunded yet. On multiple queries, customer care support is not providing any satisfactory answers. It should have been refunded within 5 working days, please check. Was this information helpful? |
