Payzapp — unable to see the amount loaded to payzapp

Hi team,

I have seen a very wierd behavior with this payzapp application.

I have loaded 5000 rs into my account from my card and have seen the success message after this. I see that the amount is debitted in my account but is not reflecting on the payzapp balance and also could not see the update in the recent transactions.

I need my money to be loaded on payzapp or should be refunded to my credit card.

I am completely dissappointed with this app.

It's been 30 hrs since i ended with this failure and no update.

Need help asap!!

Payzapp — money debited

I have loaded 192 rs from HDFC credit card to payzapp wallet on 3rd sep 2017...amount debited from my credit card... Till now it is not added into my payzapp wallet and not refunded back to my credit card...
Please do the needful support.
