Payzapp — wallet money distorted

Address: Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500038

Had made transaction dated[protected], 15:34 Txn ID:[protected]pU53gO2 Amt : 5000/-, Transaction was successful but the amount dint get credited into my bank account. I have tried contacting Payzapp customer care enormous times but I was unable to reach them as the number is always busy. I have written a complaint on the official website too but its gone in vain. Its been 3 days and I dint even get a reply. Please help me with this.
