Hi team,

I booked a TNSTC bus ticket for 10/09/2024 from Chennai Kilambakkam to Kumbakonam. I had to change my journey date, so I booked a ticket for a different date and canceled the original ticket. However, my ticket amount has not been refunded. The website shows an error and no status update. Please resolve this issue and refund the amount to my bank account. I have attached some documents for your reference.
