[Resolved] PC Jewellers — fraud

I purchased a diamond earrings from PC jweller website...wearyourshine.com. There is pearl is also with diamond In this earring.. This pearl is artificial... I complaint on phone but still not any action from there side. Reallllly worst company PC JWELLEERs

WearYourShine Customer Support's response Hi Mr. Rana, We would like to inform you that the reverse pick up was arranged on 21st May since you were not happy with the product. There after the pick up was attempted thrice by our courier partner Gojavas but was unsuccessful since you weren't available. We also had a telephonic conversation with Mr. Ajit on 10th June regarding the same. He cancelled the reverse pick up stating he was busy and will get back to us if required.We regret the inconvenience caused and if required would have the reverse pick up arranged.
