Discrepancy in property tax bill

Dear sir,

Greetings.

This is regarding my mother's property tax bill -
Zone no.- 8
Ward no.12 &
Consumer no. - [protected]

Her name is alice louis gabriel & she has the concession certificate for women for 50% samanya kar benefit.

When i paid the tax on line on 22nd june, the total amount was rs. 781. After paying this amount, i am getting another bill of rs....

Stray Dogs in large number

Address: Mont Vert Vivant, Sno-188, Kaspate Vasti Road, Sai Chauk,Near Euro School, Wakad 411057

Hello PCMC team,

There are stray dogs in front of my Housing Society, which are wondering on streets.There are as many as 10-15 dogs and they start barking through out night making difficult for us to sleep and also make it very difficult to cross that path at night as all the dogs start barking at the person.
I request your team to take proper action against this as soon as possible....

pcmc property tax paid online but not reflecting in pcmc site

Address: 01, Swetayan Samrrudhi Wakad Pune

Hi, i (Shailesh patil) have paid rs. 9052 my pcmc property tax for my bill number #[protected] for my property tax number# [protected].00 using net banking from hdfc bank credit card.
I received below email/sms showing amount deducted from my bank however payment/ receipt is not reflecting in pcmc website. Please help - my mobile number 0-[protected]...

issue regarding online water tax payment

Address: Row House No.33 ,Sanidhya, Vishal Nagar , Pimple Nilakh

Consumer no.95304 ward - d

I paid water bill online and the amount is deducted twice from my bank account on 12 feb, 2020 but no payment receipt has been shown. The amount is inr 5317.00. Now i received a new bill dated 21st may of inr 6810 + 532 penalty.

I request you to pls look into the matter to the earliest and resolve my issue.

i've paid my water bill previously but previous balance has another amount in the new bill

Address: A-2 RH 22 Purandar Co Hou society, MIDC G block Chinchwad, Pune 411019

I've paid my water bill on 28th of jan 2020. Rs 407. I've received a new bill on 24th of june which shows outstanding amount of 511. Do look after my issue. Hoping for a reply.

Water supply with very low pressure

I'm resident of laxmi bhakti society rahatni. From past six months we are facing drinking water shortage. Our society has 4 water connections and total 160 flats. We are staying in this society from last 8 years. Earlier there was no issues.. But now there is shortage drinking water. We observed, corporation water is coming just for 3 hrs and with low pressure. We tried to check issues with plumber, but he said water pressure...

street dog

The stray dog in my area is barking and following my bike. Chances of accidents are increases. There is road touch houses. Many childrens are playing on the road. So please catch these dog to avoid measure problems....

Illegal water connection to your meter

My neighbour took illegal water connection and connected to my meter. They uses water and we pay bill for their uses. It's my humble request that please discontinue that water connection as soon as possible. It's ongoing since last 7-8 months we noticed now. Please do it as soon as possible....

Garbage dumped on the road

In my locality the neighbours throw garbage on the road i. E the nashik highway and because of the wind all the smell of the garbage is turned towards our direction.. There is no garbage vehicle in our area. Due to this unhygiene is created and bad odour is spread. So i request you to take action against this asap....

Subject I am complaining about the fallen tree

As yesterday heavily rain fall and storm a big tree in front of our house has fallen on our house. Yesterday a person visited and told many trees has fallen so it's late we will come tomorrow morning but his contact is switch off. Numerous stray dogs barking and creating nuisance

Since the last 10 months every day almost the stray dogs keep barking around 5am and break the sleep. This has been going on for so many months. Requesting pcmc authorities to take action against the stray dog population and shift them as they disturb the sleep.
Location - wakad, opposite euro school, beside cricket academy ground /. Behind jagadamba stationary...

cutting roadside trees harmful to individuals

Address: Opposite Sterling Hospital, near Bhel Chowk, Nigdi.

I am Mahesh Awhad, residing at Plot No 198, Sector No 27. One of the roadside tree, near my house, fell yesterday night, during rain and damaged some property. There is at least 1 tree in front of our house which is in dangerous condition and may fall during rains.
I request you to cut some branches of it so as to remove the hazard....

cut the ashoka and 2 trees that may cause damage to individual

Dear sir/madam,

I am staying @ pranav residency, flat 09, sr.85/21, parijat colony, jawalkar nagar, pimple gurav.

Our society has 3 tries including 1 ashok & 2- supari trees. They are reached to almost 4th floor (40 feet).

Due to heavy air and upcoming rainy season, these trees may collapse and cause damage to indiviuals and vehicle parked around.

Hence requesting you to cut them...
