PCMC — garbage throwing unauthorized

Dear sir.
As you have very good facility prilovided on daily basis for garbage collection in our area sec 06 moshi pradhikaran. Thanks for that.
Garbage collection vehicle is visiting each society every day without fail but still people are throwing garbage and waste food in this area in sec 06 jalvayuvihar road.
Because of this we are facing lot of issues like garbage cleaning and flies due to waste food and smell...
After so many reminders and clarification people are still keep on dumping garbage in this area.
Please suggest some solution on this topic.
