[Resolved]  PCMC — Regarding name transfer for Property Tax

Dear Sir,

I have made Application for transfer of name for property at Thergaon PCMC property tax office due to purchase of Flat No 505 Windsor Apartment Survey No 173/2/2A5 Wakad, Pimpri-Chinchwad 411057 and also made payment of transfer fees Rs 1214 towards Mikat No [protected] and submitted duly filled hard copy of application along with supporting documents to Inward counter on 25th February 2021 But still name transfer is pending for more than 3 months.

Request you follow up with PCMC authorities to speed up updation of name of new owner in records of PCMC property tax and confirm.
