PCMC — water logging on road in front of my house

Address: Sangam Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, 411027

Dear sir/ madam
There has been water logging in front of my house at sangam nagar, old sangvi thereby posing problems to walk on road. The water level is almost 4inches wherein fish can also swim. Mosquitoes are also breeding on this stagnant water thereby posing the risk of malaria and dengue.
This is due to no slope on roads during construction.
Please arrange to correct the same at earliest
