[Resolved]  Pdotg Construction — Worst in service

Projects are good quality... This is the only advantage.


Very delay in Flat Handover. More than 2 years delay.
Very Poor Administrations.
Very Poor Service.
Administrative peoples doesn't know how to speak with customers, Management should teach them, how to speak with customers. They are speaking like college going guys.

I too have booked a flat in PdotG. They are too late in delivering. However their projects are of very good quality.
Still they should deliver the projects in time. I was promised that it will b delivered by 2014 decemeber. But they havent even finished half of the work. Hope they will atleast speed up the progress.

The building quality is really good so that we booked flat in PdotG. But delay period is very long and huge loss. We really didn't expect this from PdotG.
Also 'Zero' response from PdotG. Almost 9 months late and still LIFT, CAR Parking and Garden work not completed. work is going very slow. Almost 9 months rent and EMI wasted still waiting..

All are thinking that p dot g finishing is good.But its not true.No proper construction.
Walls are like waves.Ceiling if you see, you never live in that.

Almost 10 months delayed and still the work is going very slow. They are not thinking about customer only thinking about Money.
Public0000 is really correct. The ceiling finish is very bad and still no electric city for individual and LIFT work not yet started.

Almost 45 families are shifted home to apartment (No other hope) still car parking completed only 10-15% and Lift work not yet initiated. All peoples are using steps really hard. Garden really funny.

May be it will definitely take 2016 to complete all work. Actual date is 2014. Don't know what to do...

Have booked flat in PdotG.. worst service ever seen.
Multiple people speak and give different commitment, but end of the day nothing
will happen or change.


Very slow progress on all the construction by PdotG.. Worst
ever ceiling finish.. School guys will be there engineers in the site and they don’t

Are you sure? Because i visited their project in Urapakkam. The quality was really good and solid.

Can you please explain me about the ceiling problem? I have booked a flat in Kattupakkam. Have you approached the builder regarding that? did they respond?

@jjjjeeve - By no electricity for individuals do you mean they haven't provided EB connection yet. If so, are they sharing the monthly bills. Can you please explain. This may help me when i move into the flats. I have booked at PdotG Innova.

I personally have seen multiple builders who are very slow on delivery. Finally PdotG have joined the group it seems ;)

Struggling a lot with PdotG.All builders doing the same. 1 or 2 months delay we can accept. Almost 1 year delayed and LIFT, CAR parking, Play area work not yet initiated.
We hope at least they will complete all work by 2016. Definitely it will take 2 years delay. These days we are struggling to save money also wasting money because of PdotG.

Great job by PdotG. Please don't play like politician.

JJJJeeve - By any chance are you talking about PdotG Express? I happened to see the flat a month ago. Though half the work is pending, still the construction quality was really good.

I saw the ceiling but felt it was good and no issues were observed. The only thing PdotG need to focus is on on time delivery.

Nowadays can’t able to seeworkers in the PdotG Express SITE. All workers have been moved to some otherSITE.

Hope all work will complete atleast before 2016 election. No other HOPE.

Good news that work is started after 1 year to complete the project. Work is going really high speed. We will get complete apartment before MAY 2015. PdotG finally understand and done there best.

Booked a flat in PdotG Innova, even after three years they are still yet to complete the basement. One of the worst builders I have ever seen in my lifetime and the executives doesn't even know how to speak with customers. I will never recommend to any of my known friends.

Never ever buy your home from P dot G. You will regret the decision for the rest of your life.

Please do not purchase flats from P dot G. The worst service. Till you sign the documents they will attend your calls. After that they never bother. Maintenance is worst. No one is accessible. The quality of electric wires used is sub standard. Before you purchase please visit any of the p dot g constructions and ask the owners about the service. THEY NEVER ATTEND THE TELEPHONE CALLS. I have booked flat in P DOT G Matrix Potheri. Paid 50% but not even foundation started. I purchased it January 2014...I have nothing more to provide..

I have booked a 2 BHK apartment in one of their projects. I am delighted with their quality of work.Lot of schools situated within close proximity, making it easier for me to enroll my kids in one of them. Very happy living. Worth the buy, with excellent support from the execution team during the finishing stages.Hard to find builders with such prompt services these days. P dot G definitely has my vote among many others. Would definitely like to give them a 5 star rating!

My brother told PdotG construction is genuine. No need to worry about quality of the construction and all. Though I have no confidence in apartments, I have booked a 2 BHK apartment in pdotG Sunshine Apartments in Tiruvallur during Jan2013. More than 3 years passed. They not yet finished the construction and handed over the building. They finished the brickworks. That building is standing as a skeleton in scorching sun and rain. It may worsen the quality of the building. They are telling unreliable reasons for the delay. Freshers are employed as engineers. Those people can't understand our situations. When asking about compensation, they talking about compensation clause that is, only when you paid 100% payment only we will pay you the compensation. Without finishing the construction how can I make 100% payment. I have booked this apartment not for investment, but to avoid some problems in rented buildings and to reduce the monthly expenditures towards rent upto Rs.5000/-
. So much of money loss to me. I cant even manage to pay my children school fees also. I have decided to tackle this problem legally.

I booked flat on flora in 2012april almost 4 yrs completed still they are not completed project ..there is no proper response from builder .all booked owners started fighting with builder for getting the money back.with out completing the old project.they started New projects in tiruvallur and Pallavaram requesting all to spread this msg to all yours friends .Pls donot buy ...

I believe PdotG are a good construction company. I was very upset with their performance at first as they did not hand over the house at the right time. However, the customer support was good, they helped me with all queries and they patiently explained the difficulty they had in delivering on time. I was satisfied with what they delivered to me in the end.

they delayed more than 2 years. I sent multiple mails. not responding. I visited multiple times. they are not committing exact date of hand over.
