[Resolved]  Pearl Services — Fraud Data Entry Job

On sep 30 I received a msg through WhatsApp offering a data entry job. They said its a job for filling 1200 forms and a minimum of 1080 forms should be correct to get the payment of 25000rs. I agreed to do the job and the setup a agreement stating a service fee of 6700rs will be deducted from the salary, and in case of failure of work I'm liable to pay the same. Then I started the work and completed and also had a random check before submission. At the time of submission I got a PDF file of the work i had done. After two days I got the QC report saying fail. They will provide the forms which we made mistakes, then i crosschecked this with the PDF and found that many forms are correct in the PDF but shown wrong in QC report. So I mailed them regarding the issue, and they replied there is issue with spacing. But when I copy pasted the field from the PDF and the QC the all are having correct spacing. And today on 13/10/2020 I received a call from a so called advocate RAJIV SINGH and told me I had breached the contract and they are going to file a case against me, I said about the issue before said, and he told me its not their concern. also now I found that the number on all agreement are the same. Now he said as you are not cooperating they are going to move legally, and now I am eagerly waiting for their next move.
