Pearson VUE made me wait for more than an hour for a scheduled exam and finally didn't let in.
Also, they are not refunding the exam fees or either letting to reschedule the exam.

Exam center verified my identity cards and rejected my exam stating that surname is missing login id.Which is appropriate step using same id i was able to take previous exam successfully.

PearsonVUE system should validate for identity cards before allowing candidate book exam .I am losing huge amount due to their incorrect systems.

We are unable to support the request to reschedule or cancel your exam.

In order to receive support for a cancellation or a missed exam, contact your test vendor:

Pearson VUE: https://home.pearsonvue.com/aws/contact

For personal illness (with medical documentation) or for unforeseen emergency situations (documentation required), the test delivery vendors will waive the fee and allow a reschedule without fees. In emergency situations, you will be required to provide official documentation of the emergency event. This policy is noted and digitally agreed to in the test registration agreement and in the exam appointment confirmation email.

You will not be able to cancel or reschedule your exam within 24 hours of your scheduled exam appointment. Within 24 hours of the exam time, our test delivery vendors charge the full delivery fee and refunds are not available.
