A 12 volt ups battery was bought in 900 rupees with manufacturer warranty. But their 12 volt battery is giving only 4 volt because their battery has manufacturing defect.Battery brand is peconpower battery.And battery manufacturer is peconpower.Their website name is www.peconpower.com.Their email address is - [protected]@peconpower.com. We tried many time to contact to that company but they did not respond.Their email address also not works.Their battery never give 12 volt even after next day of buying.Please inform peconpower company about this issue.
