Yesterday, i try to unlock cycle no. 101226 palava city dombivli mumbai. My trip started and made aride of 20 min and parked bycicle at palava bus station but unable to end this trip from more than 12 hours. My balance is increasing and i am enable to end this trip. Please rectify it asap and reimburse the amount that had been deducted from my account. Many mail marked to customer care but of no use.. Worst customer care experience and full of cheat and fraud company.
Refund my rs 12 back and i'll not pay any outstanding amt of 19.
I'll lodge a complaint agaist you fraud and cheat people.
