We placed an order for a Folding table and 4 chairs through the pengu website on March 26, 2024. The sales executive assured us that we would receive the items within 5 working days. However, despite several follow-ups, we only received the folding table on April 2, 2024. We had paid an additional 1000 for furniture assembly, and we were informed that a technician would visit us within 72 hours. Unfortunately, no one came until we made multiple follow-up calls. Finally, on April 16, a technician arrived and assembled the table. According to the initial confirmation, we were supposed to receive the chairs by April 15, 2024, but we still haven't received them to this day. Our attempts to contact the company have been futile as no one is picking up or responding to our calls. It appears that we may have to resort to reporting this fraudulent activity to the consumer court, as they have taken our money without delivering the expected items.
