We booked a flat on feb, 2013 in pentagon heights, bhiwandi, maharashtra.
Builder promised to give possession on dec, 2016. As per agreement, possession date was dec, 2016.
Builder not given possession till now 16th april 2019 & builder asking us to pay maintenance charges and amenities charges before possession.
I want compensation as per rera for delay in possession. Kindly help us to get.
