They CHEATED on us. The laborers took 50% of the money upfront to refill their fuel and they ran away. Their head seems to have no clue of where his contractors are.
A person who cannot guarantee the credibility of his own workers should not do any business. We are very disappointed with all of our stuff packed and nothing moved.
