Perfect solution — Bill paid

Now the bill which i received is of Rs. 3520/- i want to know if i paid the bill of Rs. 1728/- in the month of July 2015 why so much bill i received in this month. I to also request to you please give me suggestions were i can make my payment easily as whenever i go at airtel gallery located at ghatkopar east they do not provide correct information to us. ¿Also when called up to 121 came to know that Rs. 1728/- which paid on 11/07/2015 is added up in amount Rs. 3520/- . Every time we are facing this problem of bill. It is request to you resolve this problem and I want to pay the pending bill as soon as possible. so, it is request to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I do not want this to be face by me again and again. It is suggested to you provide an easy way of bill payment. Also want to know why every time in my bill last payment bill amount is been added. If this goes on again and again than i have to complaint at consumer forum for such any issues faced by me every time. For your reference i am attaching the cheque copy and the bank statement which shows the payment cleared towards the airtel. Thanks & Regards Perfect Solution
