Due to some reason i want to modify this ticket in same train.But on the ptkc counter he was telling that it can not me modified.can u help me it can be modified or not. My journry date is 6 july and modify in august with the help of validity certificate. Pls help me.

This railway station misuse for thatkal ticket link to auto driver give 10 ticket daily with commission base, this issues contiues last one year, kindly take action and thatkal form given 15 only kindly take action ...
