Periyar University — 2nd year result missing

Respected sir

I had completed b. B. A networking (Reg no. 11ubn[protected] from pride in year 2015 (Through sims distance education, kerala) when i apply for my provisional and convocation certificates they told me that i have a back paper in my 2nd year exam. When i check my 2nd year mark list there is missing result of a subject (Bntg) . I am requesting to you kindly inform me that why that paper result not published and am i passed that paper or not.

I had completed b. B. A political science through( periyar university distance education kerala(B11UPS[protected] from pride to be year 2011 i get mark sheet only when i apply for my provisional and convocation certificates they told me not givig certificate because kerala distance education center are cheating what will do? what i did ? my career ? my plan to go to civil services, tell me any solutions
