Dear sir/madam,

As you are mentioning the customer care number in you portal, whether it's working or not. If we need any clarrification or suggestion, how to approach you???
Since last 3 days i am continiously calling[protected], nobody take any response to even attend the call.
Kindly provide alternate source for reaching you for our clearance.
It's very helpful to long distance customers.
Please treat this matter as serious and take action as soon as possible.

I'm passing in 2013 msw course from our university. Still am waiting for my certificate. I need my certificate as early as possible.

Tried to get my Degree Certificate but they are not responding. Even the Study center where I filled the form is closed in Year 2015. The contact number is not providing information. I passed out my graduation in 2012 but still (today 2019) I don't have my Degree Certification. Please help me out about this.
