I would like to bring to your kind information that I completed my M.sc in Physics in our Periyar University through Distance Education in August, 2018. I received my both years Mark statement but I regret to inform you that I have not yet received my Provisional and Convocation certificate so far. I enquired the study center (Villupuram, Centre code- 1426) many a times regarding my Provisional and Convocation and they replied me that they themselves have not received the certificates and they advised and instructed me contact the University in person. Due to this I lost many job opportunities and also I could not continue my higher studies. Due to Covid 19, I feel difficult to come in person. Hence I humbly request you to understand my situation, investigate the problems and issue my Provisional and convocation. I have enclosed my mark statements.
