My User Id (akverma86) has been disabled. After writing to [protected]@irctc.co.in I come to know that it has been disabled due to miscellaneous reason and they asked me provide the address proof. Same has been provided 24 hr back, yet there is no action. Whenever is reply to [protected]@irctc.co.in they open a new ticket. When I called call centre number, i have been informed that it will take 15 to 20 days, which will be to late. I need to book my return ticket and also need to retrieve my booked tickets. Please look into this and help with immediate resolution.
