There is no cancel or return option on peter England website. Please cancel my order : 7388725 . No response to emails.
Pathetic.
even there is no custmore care number.
There is no cancel, return, refund releated online support or customer care number. see we are living in digital era. hahahah

    I had ordered a Men Navy Dark. Wash Low Skinny Fit Jeans through online app on the 30th December 2022 it was supposed to be delivered on the 6th January 2023 still haven't received the product it says in transit delayed. Im not sure why is the delayed the expected delivery date also cross so i request you to cancel the product

      That's why I returned the jacket. That by returning it will order an L size jacket. What is the problem with this?
      Order Pickup time came a message your Madura package has failed the quality check and has not been picked delhivery.
      Should the return button be hidden after that? What do I do now?
      Please help me and do the needful.

          I had ordered a sweatshirt through online app on the 24th December it was supposed to be delivered on the 28th still I haven’t received the product it says in transit delayed. Im not sure why is the delay here when the dispatch location and delivery location is same within Bangalore

          I would not have ordered through online if i had known this would happen its my first time ordering through online app and its the worst experience my Order ID is 7288401.

          I want this product to be delivered ASAP if not cancel my order and process a refund to the original mode of payment..

              Hi this is Nishant Sourav i have ordered a product from an online shopping website called peterengland.com having ORDER NO- 7196618 but unfortunately i got the wrong product, so i create a refund request then next day a delivery boy came and didn't accept my product and told me to talk to customer care of pe and ask them to turn off quality check, . i ordered my product 7-12-22 and i received 9-12-22, same day i apply for refund . but till now there is no response from your side .i am literally confused what to do now, how a company customer support is so much bad .from last three days i continuously generate queries from your site but i haven't receive any kind of response . i want to say it's not my fault that you send me wrong product then why i suffer so much .even though your company do not have any customer care number so that customer can easily raise their problem. please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                      I bought the product through the peter England application. In that I am facing issues in my order. Its been two days, It is in in-process status. There is no update regarding my order.
                      I have already paid for this product.. But there is no response from their end. Please help me with this. What should I do now

                          I have purchased Leter England Gift Card yesterday worth Rs. 4079. And used ₹299 to order an item from PE website. Now the remaining balance showing on Card is ₹3780 I'm unable to use. The unused amount is so high and I'm stuck in between. I've to order clothing item for important ceremony.

                            Regarding the refund.

                            I ordered Peter England Suit from its website. When I get the suit I wasn't properly packed in the packet, i came in plastic packet So i decided to return the product and reorder it.

                            It's been more than 7 days my product has been picked up, no sign of any refund mail or update. What should I do now ? I tried to contact them thru mail but no response yet....

                                  Sir I'm a regular customer of your company 3month ago from now I was purchased a jogger the quality was very cheap of the jogger in 3 months my jogger fade the color so I had visit your Shivpuri mp store where I purchase the jogger the behaviour of the seller is not good they was abusing me when i was contact them about my jogger... because they already take to my jogger on 31st October but till to now I have no information and no update they are not informing me and the store manger is black listed my number so please help what action can I take against the shopkeeper..

                                    I ordered Men white solid crew neck round neck t shirt from Peter England's official website Order No.-6996652. As the product quality is very cheap i create a return request for the product. Delivery guy picked the product and i got message from Delhivery also that my product passed the quality check but i haven't recieved any information from Peter England regarding my return and refund even the website is showing that my product will pickup...

                                    Had raised my concern about item not received and no attempt initiated by courier. Have received mail from your end and assured that issue will be resolved but no communication from your end till date. Am very Disappointed. Not happy with your services. You should concentrate on Retail shops business only. Online business is not your cup of tea or team is not effeicent enough to handle on line business. My case number is CAS- 516125-LOY9M8
