[Resolved] Pexiv — threatening to pay the amount

I took this work and submitted the work within the quoted time. However they checked and informed me that i failed to qualify. They called me today and asked me. To pay 4700 immediately. I asked them for one month to pay but they asked me to pay today itself. They even sent me a legal notice and in that they stated that i had to pay 7000 rs including their legal charges. Mar 25, 2019 Updated by Mohammed Ijas I received a mail from [protected]@gmail.com. Its content is copied as received. this is from the consumer site...i am here to tell you that ... i have talked to them and they had said that you will not receive any call or msg from their side and by chance if you receive any... you can provide their number to me .. i will call to them... alright... and also you have to mark the complaint as resolved in the consumer site ... only then we will be passing the cancellation agreement from here to the company... just do it before 4:00 pm ... if you are not doing this then i cant help you anymore ... and also just inform me as you finish this resolving... thank you . This is the mail i received. As instructed, i am now marking this issue as resolved. If i face problems again i will directly register a complaint against the company in the consumers court. I hope more people will not get to face the same issue as i did.

Don't pay them ..they will do nothing...just threatening you..be strong..and don't pay them ..they are scammers

I got another call from the complaints department asking me to pay 3000rs immediately to close the case. Kindly can anyone help me
