Pfrda — pfrda registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation for registration pending

My Acknowledgement Number is 11695764 and the Acknowledgement Date is 04/01/2019. When I try to Complete Pending Registration, I get the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime.
