PGVCL — absolutely rubbish service

Hello sir,

I have been working from home for the past few days and internet is a necessity for me to work. There are sudden power cuts in our society and absolutely no response from the services/customer care team. Whenever I call either the number is busy or no one picks up the call. It's been 3 hours and electricity is still not here. My work is stalled and jeapordized due to such service. Please look into the matter.

There is 3 rd time power cut on sundays and never been back as early as possible.give our power back please i request u tomorrow will my paper.i want to read.with out electricity i can't read . please sir work on that thing .i hope u work
