PGVCL — new connection

I, sanjeev bhikhabhai moliya would like to complain against pachim gujarat vij co. Ltd. I paid rs for new connection at date 30.01.2018, for my farm located lapasari road, village kothariya, ta, & dist. Rajkot - gujarat, i already complained 3 times on pgvcl site, but they didnt get proper answer, already 115 days passed and i still waiting for my electric connection, what can i do further?

Junagadh ma dolatpara vistar ma aaje rate 1:30 thi light chali gayel che je savar na 4:30 sudhi ma pan pachi aavi nathi.Tatha pre-momsoon ni kamgiri junagadh ma sav nabadi karava ma aavi hova thi thodo varsad padava thi light chali jae che ane kalako sudhi rah jova chhata pan light nathi aavati.ane junagadh na complaint no. Pan call lagato nathi.

I am using pgvcl electricity service and there is no electricity at my home since last more than 3 hours, trying to contact local zone office since last 3 hours no body is responding at local and zonal pgvcl office.

My consumer I'd is [protected], experiencing worst service from pgvcl.

Anjar pgvcl branch is irregular & irresponsible for service. This branch does not provide its services also after the online payment
