We disconnected the 75 hp connection from our warehouse at plot no. 69, dhrub gidc, mundra - kutch, & application done on 26th november 2018 & 2nd application done on[protected]
Entire process finished in january 2019 of lab test repot & other documents etc.. Etc.. On[protected] & we are keep on following by phone and many personal visits to pgvcl mundra department from gandhidham continuously for our refund status.
Refund amount of rs. 205121/-
It’s about total 5 months today.. & no refund process done. I need to know why this much time & delay?
If we fail to pay our any amount of pgvcl bill and they cannot wait for even 5 days & come to premises for disconnection due to non-bill payment.
Why do we has to wait for 5 months above? Why?
And after waiting for such a long time when we call to the concern person to check the status.. We heard the below given statement?
Today i spoke to mr. K. G patel (Dy. S. A - billing department – mundra, kutch - gujarat) his statement & words are literally that we do not have enough staff to process our refund and wherever you want you can complaint on this issue.. & your refund will take time to process.
I want the serious action against mr. K. G patel (Dy. S. A) who reply in such a way. Senior level govt. Employee mr. Patel and behave such a way with customers upon asking about our refund even after 5 months.
Is this his ethics to tackle customers??
How dare this gentleman speak this way to customers???
Requested you to take the strict action towards my case & ask them to process our refund asap without anymore delay..
