PharmEasy — Not refund money for returned medicine

Grievance Details : Sir, My Order number:M22943745 My mobile number:[protected] I ordered medicine in pharmeasy on 18/09/2020.Since the medicines are in damage condition I returned it back to send. Pharmeasy received the my return medicine parcel on 29 Sep 2020.But till now not refunded my money. Even I requested them many times they didn't refund my money. They received the medicine also, money also. They cheated money Rs. 982.44.In Rs. 982.44 Rs. 150 I paid thorough waller cash and remaining Rs. 832.40 I paid through Amazon pay.I attached the Amazon pay transaction page. I Request you please take action immediately against pharmeasy to refund my money. Thank you
