PharmEasy — Wrong products delivered

I had ordered prynerve m 75 mg 12 strips vide my order no m22393722.
Wro g products including soap and cosmetics were delivered to me today.
I'm unable to return the order as there is no option.
The shipping address on the order in correct but the billing address is wrong.
Kindly send the medicines immediately and return the wrong products
