Subject: Replace part or item - PHILIPS Home Theatre HTB-5520/94, Serial No. 2794429.

I purchase a home theatre system at 24th May 2016. but now there is not video supply in that produ ct and I raised the first complainant on 5th July 2019, Complainant Number[protected] but there is no responce but complaint closed. Another complainant is 23rd Jan 2021 complaint No.[protected] even this also closed and finally I raised the another complainant at today by email. My home theatre is not working since last 3 year.

I request to you replace require part and if it’s not available and it’s not possible theb replace my HT system or give me a new HT system.
