Philips Indiaa — Power bank not working..

I had purchased a power bank from flipkart on dated 23/02/2020, power bank model-Philips 11000 mah power bank fast charging, 10 w(bill attached) but after few months the power bank didnot worked properly even the indicator light are not working and battery are not getting fully charged even if it charged for 2 days and getting discharged few minutes just after a 2000 mah mobile charge.

I am facing a lot of trouble to charge my mobile while I m on official tour.

Please do the needful at the earliest or else I will knock the door of consumer forum.I don't have the box bill is with me
