On 14/09/2019 at 9:33 pm i made transaction using phonpe of rs. 3800.
My transaction is failed. And money not delivered.
But money is debited from account.
For the same i contact to bank,
State bank of india doesn't take action as it is third party application.
I also submitted issue on phonpe app, but they didn't refunded my money.
Try to contact several times to phonpe customer care, seems they busy all times i haven't any satisfactory solution.
Phonpe not refunding my money.
