Hello,

I have taken the distribution for Phytomo Company,
1) by paying 2 lacs for the distribution and
2) there is no proper agreement from the company,
3) it went for one month and I got order for about Rs.40, 000/-
4) Later on company executive told me to return the stock and they will make the payment.
5) I have emailed the company stating the same and they replied only about sending the stock to their new address.
6) I have returned the stock worth 145, 394/- to the company.
6) Its been almost a year I have been calling them to repay my money but they say they only replace the stock, I tried even that one customer wants to take the product and when I emailed them and called them they say they don't have that stock any more.
7) None of the customers are satisfied with there product here, and no other customer for me to purchase the product.
8) I have told them deduct some money for your office expenses around 10-20k and re-pay rest of the amount.
9) As there is no customer to use their product.
10) After so much of pressure they have sent the credit note and I am attaching the same with this complaint.

Please help me in getting my amount back.
