The above comment given by Srinivasan CP, listed name erroneously has Dinesh was hired wrongly by previous Hr named Mr.Mubeen W, just to increase the employees count . He was into mechanical field and Joined as a developer. When it has come to management attention, we told that he will be treated as fresher, " No projects" will be given to him.Until he completes the training period completely. He was also offered good pay during training itself .
Going forward he showed attitude and behaved unprofessionally with the hr members, since no projects given to him and finally he was sacked.

We will take all these feedback as an opportunity to resolve the issues and the let the people know what is actually happening in the Organization.Understand without any reason company will not fire the employees.Employees who feel inefficient and loss of power will give a negative comments, though not analyzing fact about them.
