Pie Infocomm — They did fraud me of 15000 rupees

I am Nehal Sahu recently graduated from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology for Handicapped, Kanpur. Actually, Pie Infocomm company came into my college for oncampus hiring but they also offer offcampus opportunity with Rs.15000 as a security bond which will be purely refundable but they postpone the date of joining to four months more and when joining date comes as of 18 November they have an observation period of 15 days where they reject us by saying any stupid reason for me "submit folder inaccessible" the same folder the trainer showcase my project on live zoom meeting and also appreciated it.
They took Rs. 15000 money for security bond within 5 minutes, I am not the only victim, my every friends who paid the bond also suffering from this fraudaster.
So, My main concern is they are not refunding my Rs.15000 money, they are not even receiving the calls and if they so they talk very rudely.You can even see this exact fraud from this company with many other innocents students on internet. They talk very badly when asking for refund and they say they have so strong political connection.
